Every session begins with an in-depth conversation about your soul’s journey so we can get to the bottom of what you want to find out while under hypnosis.

Then, you will simply lay back & relax while I guide you through a powerful meditation that will allow us to unlock the door to your subconscious mind & record all of the answers that come through.

show & tell

Once you’re under hypnosis, your Higher Self will begin warming up by showing you some things it would like you to see from the past that are influencing your current situation, similar to watching a movie in your mind’s eye.

Finally, we’ll connect in directly with your Higher Self (and spirit team) to ask straightforward questions about all that you’ve been wondering about – including why they have shown you that “movie” & anything else they want you to know.

Most sessions last around 4 hours, and it is recommended to choose a day where you don’t have anywhere to be or anything to do afterward. You will receive a recording after!
